Positive: The staff were friendly, they smiled. They offer services to take you to the airport, which is literally like a 15 twenty-minute walk. There were on time and reliable

Negative: The only thing I was very disappointed with is the rubbish that was thrown down the side there's like a little mountain, didn't see any table and chairs like it showed in the pictures. But there was a lot of rubbish, and that was very disappointing. Because obviously rubbish attracts rats mice and I'm not just talking a little bit. I am talking. It looked like a wastefield if you actually look down the mountain and I wouldn't suggest taking your kids there, especially how close the mountain drop is, and it's deep oh, you didn't get a kettle or anything like that. So that was disappointing that you couldn't make a couple of coffee or have a cup of tea or cook any breakfast or anything like that? You expect a hotel to at least provide you the essentials and there was no hot water. It was just cold which there should have been the option for hot or cold, especially in a hotel

Positive: The property is brand new, some furniture is still in plastic. Location is right near the airport, about 5 minutes drive. About 20 minutes drive to Mayon Volcano. There is a little kitchen area, a table, good new AC.

Negative: The power went off few times. Will be great to have a kettle set.

Positive: Overall.. the place, environment, the room.

Negative: Due to the urgency of the situation, we stayed only for around 8hrs (b/n 9pm to 5am). Hence, we did not experience the breakfast. Like some other hotels, service request like dropping to the airport can be considered free of charge. The room where we stayed does not have a trash bin. There should be a hot-cold shower.

Negative: Not clean. Cockroaches crawled on me while I was sleeping. I had to ask the gasoline boy where my room was. There was no office/desk. I was led to my room but was not given keys. The bucket to to fill water to bathe was dirty.

Summary: I would not have stayed if I had other options.
