Positive: Calm environment, often had the pool to ourselves, friendly, attentive staff, beautiful surroundings
Negative: More use could be made of the outdoor dining area, shame the main restaurant was indoors
Summary: We really had a lovely stay here, particularly enjoyed chatting with the staff and relaxing around the pool

Positive: Service was amazing and always a solution - even in Kitchen closed time they were able to make some food for children on request. Also they packed the breakfast snack for our activities travel early on the morning before the breakfast time (sandwitch and fruits box).
Negative: our Bathroom sinck was kind of blocked - the water was going slow .... I told the room stuff but nothing changed on next day. Might need more days to fix.
Summary: Amazing Resort and I can recommend everyone - I wish i had more time to spend on the resort itself.

Positive: The hotel was very nice, wonderful staff, very nice swimming pool. I liked it very much.
Negative: The breakfast it was sri lanka style. Maybe if it has few internarional style selections should be better. A hair dryer also would be helpful.

Positive: Everything, except avarage dinner options and above average breakfast. Location also bit far from the town Triconmallee.
Negative: Better breakfast and dinner options, you have eat whatever available in resort as you don't find any other public restaurants options near by including Triconmallee town which 15 km from resort.

Positive: The accommodation has only been open since June and is in a beautiful, quiet location. It is right next to a lake where you can go canoeing or pedal boating. You can also take a canoe out through the lagoon to the Mangrove Forest and see the breathtaking natural surroundings. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. Food is available at the hotel at any time of day. The pool is very clean. The rooms are very clean and air-conditioned. All in all, a wonderful place to relax.
