Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean enough. Typical management about maintenance though. Some things do not work and are not going to be repaired, through no fault of the hospitality staff.

Summary: Great location near rhe river, just a 10 minute walk from Pub Street and the Night Market. Nice buffet breakfast on the roof. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are excellent. I always stay here when I visit Siem Reap.

Summary: Very quiet and comfortable room, even when the street can be noisy for public events and festivals. Whenever I had a problem with something in the room maintenance fixed it within a few minutes.

Summary: Charming hotel in a great location near the centre of Siem Reap. I have stayed here 5 times. Great staff. Too bad they no longer serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace; now it is ground level at the front of the hotel.

Summary: Caution: The 'Free 1-way pick up' is not a pick-up from the airport to the hotel but rather from within the city. Since it’s only a 5-minute walk to the city, it’s of no use at all. They charged me $35 from airport to hotel . Ask the hotel manager: Is the 'Free 1-way pick up' not a pick-up from the airport to the hotel? It should be clearly stated. Or were we deceived by the staff?"
