Summary: The staff, the room and the scenic was a great experience. The greetings and support from the front desk stands out. Breakfast could improve. However, the staff was very attentive. The pool was nice. However, the service at the pool was slow. We where two customers, but the staff didn't bother to ask if we needed something morer.

Summary: Beautiful view of the River Nile. Pool was closed for renovations and we were not in informed prior. Friendly staff and excellent food.

Summary: Everything was great. The staff are very friendly and housekeeping was great as well. The restaurant food was great as well as the included breakfast. My only complaint is that the pool area was under renovations. I wish that would have been advised at the time of booking. But, it needed to be done and in a few weeks the pool area will be completly remodled for the summr guests.
