Positive: Good breakfast options and well equipped kitchen, decent beds and good location.

Negative: The property needs a thorough cleaning, including the cubby house, BBQ, outdoor seating, and removing spider webs behind the wall-mounted heaters. People coming from busy city life want an open place to wander and explore, but a major part of the property is not really accessible because of the lack of maintenance.

Positive: No bread or butter, bacon or eggs. Just oats or muesli that were obviously left from past visitors. Like the ice cream shampoo etc

Negative: One of the beds was broken and had a wooden stump holding it up. I tried to sleep on it and woke up a few times through the night as my feet were higher than my head. Made for a saw body at sons wedding

Summary: Disappointed. I wouldn't recommend

Positive: It was very peaceful, clean and cosy. The heating beautifully warms the whole house. The kitchen had all the staples for home cooking. The game room was a great touch. we enjoyed an evening of drinks, pool and music on the juke box. Cosy beds. Great views. 20 min drive from Warragul town centre. Steve was a great host, allowed us to check in early and even gave us a late checkout which was the cherry on top of an excellent stay at jindi Hills retreat.

Negative: Shower head and pressure was poor but sufficient.
