Summary: Wonderful historic hotel with lovely rooms and very friendly, accommodating staff. Joan in particular was very kind to await our very delayed arrival. Lovely breakfast, too! Great location in the centre of the town with easy access to numerous sights and attractions.

Summary: An excellent location for the town & the Abbey, parking available at rear of property, a warm welcome from host, high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, an excellent breakfast menu. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summary: Beautiful room. Lots of space,and soap and body creme too. Shower lovely with shower gel,and shampoo. Breakfast choice was extensive and served at the table. Charming hostess was very attentive, but not overpowering. Would highly recommend it, and hopefully will stay again.

Summary: Hotel is just so lovely. Extremely clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast was excellent. Parking a little difficult to find, as no clear markings but once located, it was good. A really lovely stay.
