Positive: This is Jordanian hospitality at its best. Welcomed by Sam who made us the best sage tea. We also decided to have an evening meal made by his mother. Absolutely delicious! Comfortable beds, a terrace to sit out on, a kettle, etc. A perfect stay in a lovely clean family hotel. Thank you!! (And I loved the tea so much Sam returned with a huge bag of dried sage to take home. What a host!)
Negative: Everything was absolutely perfect.

Positive: I stayed here with my family of 6, and it was wonderful! The rooms were excellent, the common areas are great as well, and the view is outstanding (see the attached photo of the view from the hotel). But the best part of our stay was the host, Sam. He will literally give you the shirt off his back to make your stay wonderful. He was so kind and communicative and went way above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and taken care of. He really treats you like family, and we greatly appreciated it.
Summary: Wonderful property, outstanding host!

Positive: Our host was fantastic, super friendly and very helpful for everything, he helped us to fix the problem we had with our car, buy spices, he even offer us fresh aromatic herbs from his garden to bring back home. We enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by his mother and homemade cakes, which were the best we experienced during our stay in Jordania ( we even left with a box full of cakes for our trip back home). The view from the terrasse is great, right in front of the archeological site! Many thanks to our host and lovely family. We highly recommend to stay here.

Positive: Best placed I stayed during my entire trip. My room was spacious, beautiful, very clean, and a great value. Located in a quiet area and easily walkable to the Roman ruins. I had a great time and the host was very helpful and attentive to our needs, but the best part was probably the homemade dinners they offered. I stayed in other places on my trip and was disappointed with the dinners others offered, but the meals at Jerash City View were amazing.
