Positive: The property had that new feel, very private, very comfortable and modern.

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was how annoying it was getting transportation to the area. A lot of confusion on the apps and if you need a car forget about it, but that’s not the locations fault

Summary: Superb, and special shout out to the young staff member who went above and beyond to help us get comfortable

Positive: The bedroom and bathroom were good sized, clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The robes and slippers were a nice extra touch. Shower was hot and powerful and bathtub by the window was lovely (although not enough hot water to completely fill but not a big deal). Pool was clean and refreshing, nice to have sunloungers and kitchen was fine. Location was further out of town centre which, for us, was a plus because there was far less pollution and was more relaxing and quiet.

Negative: The filtered water cooler in the kitchen - hot water button didnt work and sometimes hot water came out of the iced water tap which was a bit strange but we just filled bottles and put them in the fridge so no a big deal. Kitchen had some utensils and crockery but would be extra handy to have a toaster or microwave additionally. Location being further out of town meant sometimes it was tricky to get gojek/grab but never impossible.

Positive: Place was really nice, great to have a place that was outside the main Ubud area. Facilities were amazing, staff were really friendly and all round it was a nice experience.

Negative: Getting a Gojek took a little longer to get sorted than normal but thats to be expected considering the location, not really a major downside, just book maybe 5 mins earlier

Positive: Great place to stay, very comfortable. The shower was great and the facilities were everything we needed. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Infact my favourite part about the stay was the young guy chatting to us and making us feel welcome and looked after.

Negative: Unfortunately the hot water for the bath would only run for a couple of minutes, which made it impossible to enjoy the relaxing bath we booked for. Pool also a little dirty, but was still looked after.
