Positive: Quiet neighborhood, 8 min walk to the seaside (including the Mystery Road!) and 5 min walk to a convenience store. The facility was clean, and it was easy and wonderful to communicate with the owner. Highly recommend!

Negative: It was a little noisy later into the night and early in the morning. Think it was a family below possibly. But didn't impact hugely, was only chatting and moving around. Just noticed people were up and about early.
