Summary: This was a very nice house and was accurately described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds upstairs were comfortable (we didn't end up using the bunk beds downstairs, but they looked good!). The water pressure and quality was good which is always a plus when you are most likely on a well. (Helpful hint: When using the master shower, if you turn the handle to the left the water is too hot. If you turn the handle to the right and pretend it is a clock face, between 1:00 and 2:00 you get a good water temp. By 3:00 the water is too cold). My only frustration was the communication. I contacted the management co the day before to find out about an early check in and was told to contact the owner. I emailed and texted the owner both the day before and the day of with no response. Then I made several calls to both the owner and the management co to find out the Wi-Fi password which wasn't left in the house as it was stated it would be. It took most of a day to get that info and one of the people in my party had been counting on Wi-Fi to do some business. We did subsequently get an apologetic letter from the owner, which I appreciated. I do understand that sometimes life can cause unforeseen issues! That is the only reason I didn't give this property a 5 star rating. I would stay here again!
