Positive: Staff are always smiling.
Negative: The location is fair though infront of it was a gasoline station. The rooms are fine not great. It’s a bit old and it’s updating. The walls are pealing. The food for breakfast is ala carte only ; when they have a big group only then they have a buffet. The staff in the food area needs more training to be attentive. They seems to be in experienced so the sense of urgency needs improvement. For the value for the place I think I overpaid I did got a presidential suite when I requested for a bucket of ice they charge me of P 20.00 though it’s just minimal amount however it was shocking in my part as it’s my first time to get charge for something that I can get for green in other hotels. We ate at the bar and my niece saw a big rat walking on top of the decoration linens. In shock but the staff seems aware and just ignore about it. If there is a rat the chances of infection on the good is very high.
