Summary: Offering some options for breakfast for gluten free customers can make breakfast awesome. None of the cereal choices, waffle or bread were gluten free, offering a gluten free version will make breakfast goes to great.

Summary: It was much simpler to book through Hotels.com than by contacting the property directly. We’ve stayed here many times and a few times the beds were comfortable. This time the beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding was clean but well used. The staff is overall friendly enough but often on the phone or away from the desk. We will continue to stay here but hope they will address the bed situation so all rooms have the same quality beds.

Summary: It served our purposes well. We were in town for an event offsite for the weekend, and we stayed the nights here. It was clean and adequate. Nothing special. Breakfast was comparable to other similar hotels. (OK) We used the sauna and pool a bit in the evenings. The sauna needs help, as it is set up poorly, but it was functional. I will consider this location again the next time we are in the area.

Summary: Really the only complaint was it needed some updating. It was old but clean. The mattress was not very comfortable at all. Staff were super kind and helpful. Everything was clean.

Summary: Room not cleaned at all on second night, bed not made, towels on the floor, etc. As if no one had come in. The first night the towels were added, but bed not made. Breakfast choices are poor. Many items pre-made ready to microwave wrapped in plastic. Coffee terrible and empty pot on second morning at normal breakfast time. Door swipe cards often took many tries to get to work. Furniture is old & chipped. One lamp did not work. Good things: Nice front desk staff, AC worked well, room clean to start except for the partial hot dog bun in the corner. TV worked OK, cable. Never staying there again. I left a day early, no refund since I booked thru Hotels.com

Summary: Staff was friendly, Room was clean, bed comfortable, quite, very light continental breakfast but adequate. Only complaint, (as with most hotel rooms), air conditioner goes off and on, off and on all night. Very few rooms I have ever stayed in have a constant quite cool room.
