Positive: What an incredible space! Quirky and interesting but still very comfortable. Pretty much everything you could need or want available in terms of kitchen, bathroom and comfort. Hosts have thought of everything - very easy to access with clear instructions. Surprisingly warm and cosy for such a large space - high quality everything! Good location in terms of proximity to town and facilities, and also walks along the canal.

Negative: Industrial location means lots of lights at night, although eye masks are provided!

Summary: A fabulous, quirky and comfortable space to stay

Positive: Big screen TV, sauna, hot tub, stand-alone bath, soccer table, well kitted kitchen, open plan and plenty of space.

Negative: It was a bit on the expensive side for one night and a later check-out (checkout was 10am) would have been better.

Summary: Amazing, quirky apartment with plenty to do and plenty of space. The family had a great time!

Positive: Fabulous unique property. It has one large bedroom with a log burner and walk in shower and copper bath. There is one loo. The living area is absolutely huge with the floor on the end opening up to 3 beds if needed. Pots and pans are there but could do with an update and count. There’s an espresso coffee machine with pods and washing machine with tablets provided tea is also provided. Very comfortable and warm. Theres a BO large speaker that sounds fab and loud. All in all, great experience!

Negative: I loved the property and I keep going back. However, the hot water tank that fills the hot tub is smaller than the tub so I have not managed to have a hot bathe in there yet. But also who cares, the rest is fab!

Positive: Incredible space, very comfortable beds, tasteful decor, New York, Loughborough! Absolutely fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice.

Negative: The water for the hot tub wasn’t coming through hot enough unfortunately.

Positive: Welcome to a New York Studio apartment in Loughborough. So much fun, amazing range of decorations, lots of space and just wonderfully quirky! Comfortable, felt totally at home here!

Negative: There are things some people might not find comfortable, for example the location feels a bit industrial and quiet at night but I have nothing negative to say about the place!

Positive: Stunning loft apartment and a real treat to have the hot tub and sauna. Excellent value for money and a truly unique place to stay. We loved the quirky decor and facilities.

Negative: Instructions for getting into the building and for using the lift could have been clearer, however we were able to get in touch easily to get clarification quickly.
