Positive: staff were very friendly and helpful, we had issue with main sofa due to odor, but staff replaced it within 30m; facilities were quite old but comparing the price for this much space and location, it was worth it! sauna and jacuzzi were very good as well.

Negative: cleaning should be improved and shower booth was too small

Positive: The rooms are really nice, furnature, bath are new, rooms are big.

Negative: The breakfast has really small variaty and the restaurant is very very small for such huge building. The pool area the same is too small. Is a bit far from main visiting spots. The balcony door is locked.

Positive: The property was very clean, bed was truly comfortable and the crew was helpful :)

Negative: The gym could be bigger and better equipped. There was no possibility to admire the view from the balcony, because it was closed.

Summary: I recommend this place, it’s clean and comfortable and the crew is nice and helpful.

Positive: We were in a family room/suite (2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen) and it was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hotel at the end of our adventure around Thailand. Room service was good and we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel.

Negative: Location was a bit far from central touristy areas but around 1km walk to the sky train. We used the pool area a lot but it was a shame the water was so cold and it was small with limited places to sit considering the size of the hotel.

Summary: Great value for money!
