Positive: Clean comfortable and great location. Staff were very helpful. Messaging and check in was good.

Negative: I didn't realise we had to make our own beds. If it says linen supplied then this should be made clearer. Kitchen and bathroom were great. As it was cold, it would have been nice yo have the log fires going.

Positive: Pricing, rec room (has TV and sofas, byo firewood for fireplace), vicinity to town, ease of check in and out, toilets and bathroom. Ample of parking. Customer service was clear and concise. Bedding and towels were good and all beds have protectors.

Negative: Kitchen had mouse in the bin which jumped out and ran behind the refrigerator. Overall cleanliness I thought was decent until I dropped something in the room and underneath the bed was very dirty. Freezers were very dirty, fridge was clean. Bunk bed was great for the kids but the double/queen bed just fit the room, no bedside tables/kettle. I did ask for heaters in our rooms and they were provided however please note they're the oil heaters that never heat up well/take ages (6 degrees outside). Could provide soap in showers however this isn't a big deal. Make your own bed, put linen on etc didn't feel very holiday-like. Require better lightning from room to kitchen/rec room and require some lighting from room to bathroom.

Summary: Okay for price of cadet room, okay for one night/for sleeping
