Positive: We had a great week in Nantes and a wonderful stay. We had a minor incident that damaged the apartment (the wine spilled and stained the ceiling). The hostess was very attentive and honest, helping us resolve the issue together. We'd like to thank her immensely for all her attention and understanding.

Negative: everything was perfect !

Positive: Not much the apartment was ok if you are 24 years and fit.

Negative: We arrived at the apartment went up to the 7th floor then the lift broke down apparently more than 3 people and a case is more than it could handle. We were trapped in our apartment for over 24 hours while the landlady tried to get it fixed. This place is not suitable for seniors as their is nothing in it no safety rails in the bathroom so trying to have a shower was a no go. No fire equipment for the barbeque or even a brush to sweep the floor. The view is over a massive building site that will not be finished for over 2 years according to the builders. I would not recommend this place to anyone until the landlady goes and talks to the tourist board about renting her apartment as they know nothing about the safety of their guests and the people who fixed the lift should also learn not to leave sarcastic messages in the lift. I have plenty of photographs which I shall post on Trip Advisor and elsewhere about this place also booking.com did say on one of my many phone calls to them that they would refund me for our stay so lets see if your keep your word. I am a level 3 travellor with booking.com and this is the third time in a year that they have posted information about places that are just not true so Booking,com is partly responsible for these people and their false advertising.
