Positive: Great location, very friendly host who is always available, the facilities are so well planned so that everything is at hand including the washing machine and other things, the grocery store is close nearby as well as beautiful park and the museum that our family enjoyed.

Negative: The only disappointing thing was the sound of the sewage from the neighbours but we quickly got used to it.

Summary: It’s an exceptionally convenient place to stay in Valencia

Positive: We had an amazing stay and it was the perfect location for us as a family - a wonderful vacation. Apartment is equipped with more than one could ask for and is also very well maintained and designed. The place is very clean, modern and there is everything one needs just a few meters away: Amazing local food options, beautiful parks, two super markets and public transport. The gate into the city center is also just 5minutes away on foot. We stayed for a week and felt at home the whole time. This was also due to the cordial welcoming by the host who helped us with information, recommendations and just being a wonderful person to talk to. Thank you

Positive: We loved the location and how close it was to the main city with about a 10 minute walk to it. The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in really early which we were very grateful for and she explained everything with incredible detail. Thankyou so much!!!

Negative: The only downside is the ventilation in the bathrooms which would lead to a bad smell but either than that everything was wonderful!!!

Positive: This was our first visit to Valencia and we loved the city. The apartment is on the perimeter of the old town and an easy walk into the bars and restaurants. The apartment fittings were new and the apartment was very clean and with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The free parking was an added bonus.

Negative: Nothing of great consequence. There were the occasional strange plumbing noises and the glass doors on the upstairs loo & shower need considerable strength to open. Neither detracted from a very pleasant accommodation.

Summary: We would have extended our stay for a couple of days if the property had not been fully booked.

Positive: The location of the apartment was absolutely brilliant. It's on the ground floor. It's obviously some kind of storefront. There's a lot of cafes on the street, Konzum (supermarket), a vegetable shop. It's close to the centre and especially to Turia Park. Sisa was a great host. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Even a blanket for the beach. When we asked to borrow some more badminton rackets, she lent them to us, along with other equipment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Negative: It's not a defect, it's a feature. The upper floor has a lower floor height in one part, but it is not a problem for guests up to 180 cm (so I really had no problem).

Summary: Great location, enough space for 5 people

Positive: - smooth communication and check-in - location was perfect. We did (with 3 kids 4-11 years) all our sights by walk or by bikes - free parking option - clean apartment - very friendly hostess

Negative: Just small comment regarding heating: it works very well but do consider that at first it heats up upper floor and lower floor gets only part of heating.
