Positive: Stayed here with 3 other families, total of 17 people (7 kids) and there was more then enough room. Place was clean, close to train station and had everything we needed. Large kitchen and lounge area, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Was a really great place to stay with a large group

Negative: Beds and pillows not comfy at all, which we found was pretty standard for Japan. Once bedroom didn't have proper air conditioning which was hard with the hot weather and meant the two older kids slept in the loungeroom.

Summary: Really great place to stay with a large group of families, highly recommend for family groups.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully decorated house. Traveling with a group, we were all able to enjoy the space comfortably, thanks to its well-designed two-story layout and large capacity. The kitchen and living room became our favorite spots — ideal for relaxed breakfasts before heading out to explore Osaka and for evening conversations to unwind after a long day. We were warmly welcomed with a personal check-in, and the hosts responded to our questions about how things worked in record time. Their service was impressively fast and efficient, making everything smooth and easy for us.

Negative: One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi coverage, which was a bit weak in some parts of the house. Enhancing the signal strength throughout the property would make the experience even better.

Positive: The place is very big, nice and clean. 7-11 store is just beside it. The host is friendly and gives prompt reply.

Negative: There was a little issue with the heater but it was resolved later on.

Positive: The property was beautifully kept and had so much provided. A microwave for food from the convenience store downstairs would have been the only recommendation. Other then that I wish we spent more time in the accommodation to fully enjoy it

Negative: The pillows are typical Japan pillows and very flat so I woke with a sore neck most mornings. Only complaint

Positive: Friendly host to meet us at the apartment, Beautiful apartment and the space was excellent if not too much for us as there was only 5 of us, felt very safe in the apartment (5th Floor apartment), handy supermarket downstairs for essentials, subway station 6 minute walk away. Very well equipped apartment, washing capsules supplied for washing machines.

Negative: Air vents / shafts in all rooms that could not be shut off, road noise from all air vents prevented all from sleeping (loud motorbikes/sirens/musical lorries/traffic etc), Apartment is on a main road lots of noise if balcony doors open, no hooks or hanging rails for towels etc in any of the bathrooms, the numerous confusing light switches everywhere, no kitchen roll supplied, no wardrobe space in the downstairs bedrooms, not enough sofa space in living area, its too far to walk to the main tourist area Dotonbori however subway station is a 6 minute walk away and 1 stop takes you almost there. Limited sockets / bad postioning in bedrooms, Didnt appreciate the threatening notice on entry to the apartment of being fined if we didnt wear their slippers. Balcony was dirty with ash on the floor

Summary: Big apartment with lots of facilities but not the best design for travellers would not stay again
