Positive: The massage was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay.

Negative: This hotel is absolutely not worth a 5-star rating. The bed was far too hard and uncomfortable. Most of the staff seemed more occupied with themselves than with the guests. The bicycles available for rent were in a disastrous condition. Calling the official hotel phone number was useless, as nobody ever answered. We even had an emergency situation and asked the hotel to pick us up from a location only 5 km away. They informed us that they had no vehicles and could not help us at all. For the very high price charged, the overall service and quality were extremely disappointing.
