Positive: The flat was perfect for a family. The area is very nice and even though you are 30 minutes from the centre the trams are fantastic and frequent. Jana made sure we had everything we needed.
Negative: No lift.....this is usually fine but I had a bad ankle!

Positive: Great location for groceries and transportation (both easy walking), place is well equipment for a family stay. Washing machine and a great sized drying rack available. Two beds are in a bedroom, and one is tucked to the side of the lounge/kitchen.
Negative: Just an fyi car parking is on the street and was full most of the time (we got lucky and didn't move for the 2 nights). Front street door really needs to be pushed to open (be strong).

Positive: It was nice that we could check-in one hour earlier (check-in is available after 15:00), but the cleaning was done superficially.
Negative: The cleaning was done superficially. Although the host says there’s enough hot water for all the people in the apartment (we were 2 adults and 2 kids) only three of us could take a quick shower. The forth had to take a very quick and cold shower. Not to mention that you have to wash the dishes with cold water, of course.
