Negative: All was fine but the cleaning staff forgot to clean the sink and mirror in the bathroom That's why we rated at 7.

Negative: Bath tub didn't look the clearest. Worker that checked me in wasn't the best customer service satisfaction. Didn't greet me, had a different attitude. She wasnt happy

Positive: The place is convenient and close to downtown.

Negative: The air conditioner/ heater made a very loud noise while on. The toilet tank took a very long time to fill and had trouble flushing. The speakers on the television were blown and there were boogers on the wall from a previous customer. Just needs a little tlc and a few updates.

Summary: Not as happy with this stay compared to my last at this establishment

Positive: It was a very quiet place. Lots of shade and areas to sit. The room was clean except one mirror. Cozy room and comfortable bed and pillows. Tasteful decor and rustic. The staff was not rude but not very helpful. Only seen when checking in. Office is not easily seen from street but a phone number is available.

Negative: I am disabled and issues walking and added that to my reservation. I was on the ground floor but walked to the furthest room. Many others were closer to parking.

Summary: Worth the money.
