Positive: The hotel is located above Shark Bay and the Black Rocks. A beautiful place with an amazing hotel. The pool is relaxing and offers a nice view

Negative: There are many stairs. About 50 steps from the room to the pool, and a similar number to the reception. Getting down to the sea also requires dozens of steps. The mattress on the bed is uncomfortable and not suitable for a 5-star hotel

Positive: A beautiful establishment, built in the rocks of the cliff - so yes, while there are stairs to navigate...what do you expect with these breathtaking views? The restaurant food is actually pretty good for a hotel/resort that is isolated.

Positive: The place is an absolute paradise. We stayed in a deluxe double bedrooms as all the villas were booked and it was spacious, clean and full of every comfort. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially Cassie at the diving centre who organised our snorkelling trips since my son cold not dive due to sinusitis. Shark Bay is one of the best on the island and the corals just under the hotel The restaurant is really good as well, with local and European dishes

Negative: Just a suggestion but being a seaside resort a drying rack on the balcony would have been useful. I did not mind but just be mindful when booking that there are a lot of steps within the property and that it is quite isolated from the village. Again, not a critique as it is part of the charme but be mindful when booking if you have mobility issues
