Positive: Good communication with the host. Close to the bus stop and metro.

Negative: The apartment wasn't very clean. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor ?after shaving. Face foundation stains in the bathroom cabinet. Lots of dust in the wardrobe in the bedroom, especially at the bottom. Cushions on the sofa smelled bad, like they haven’t been cleaned for a good while and there was someone's big toe nail and food crumbs on the sofa when we removed the sitting cushion. I tried to hoover it but the suction in the hoover wasn't good. We wanted to sit outside, on the patio when we arrived but the table and chairs were covered in a thick layer of dirt. In the apartment description it says that there should be wine and fruits and water to welcome guests. We only had some tap water in the jug. Neighbours are very loud. Shouting every night around midnight, banging noise outside apartment.

Positive: Despite a couple of unexpected glitches with the apartment, Andre and Anna did an outstanding job of rectifying them in a very efficient and timely matter. They were more than generous in the manner they treated us as guests and would highly recommend them.
