Positive: A good location on the beach, and nice walking areas. We were there in January when the weather was not great, but we have some nice days out and we walked along the coast a few days. There is a great cafe infront of the hotel but be warned it is dairy only so no meat. We were upgraded to a bigger room suite, which was very spacious and a good balcony view of sea and beach. great restaurant on the beach for lunch and dinners and staff there were brilliant. Reception staff were brilliant and very helpful.

Negative: The hotel is tired and could do with a good clean. Carpets are worn out, bathroom needed scrubbing and the choice at breakfast is limited, very little fresh fruit compared to other hotels we stayed at. You can have your eggs freshly cooked by the chef but the choice of hot food looked liked it was left overs from the night before. no where to seat in the grounds when weather was nice and sunny, outside pool area needs to be refurbed and cleaned.

Summary: good beach location for a basic hotel with some facilities.
