Summary: The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Still, it feels like a new hotel that has not quite found its stride: * I got three different instructions from the receptionist on how to park (1. get the parking ticket validated once, 2. get parking ticket validated upon each entrance, 3. call attendant at parking garage) - none of which worked. I was charged for each entry and exit - and a promised call for "management" to rectify the extra cost doesn't seem to have materialized. * The hotel lacks a fitness center. * The breakfast is nice, but not quite at the level of variety as other business hotels in the country (sfr. Prima Link).
