Summary: I booked the place for a few of my coworkers visiting our headquarters in San Francisco. Everybody loved the place and gave me great feedback: the rooms were very nice, the location - - convenient, and the communication with the host was very easy. We'd recommend the place to anybody.

Summary: We had a great stay in San Francisco - much in thanks to the great apartment! Bright, clean, in a great neighbourhood near tons of good restaurants and bars (highly recommend Burma for dinner!). Our hosts were very communicative, and answered all of our questions. They were even able to help with parking - not easy in SF! The apartment felt like home for the week, and I hope to stay there again :)

Summary: These condos were exactly what we hoped they would be. Spotlessly clean, well furnished and great location. We would definitely recommend for friends and/or family gatherings.

Summary: This is a great home in a great location of SF - walking distance to Whole Foods and Safeway grocery. A quick Lyft or Uber can get you anywhere else you'd like to go. The two reasons I am giving 4 stars out of 5 - is that the kitchen was not stocked with much - but who wants to cook when there are so many restaurants? There was not enough glasses to drink from (only wine glasses) so we bought Solo cups at the store. (not a big deal). The one big disappointment was that we found out after we rented - that the top deck is not to be used if you are renting 51 Guerrero, (the Middle unit). This was a main deciding point in choosing this unit - as we were there for a family wedding and wanted to be able have drinks on the top patio to toast the newlyweds and the joining of our two families. The pictures and video shown to advertise this property is miss-leading, as it shows the rooftop patio. It is accessible by the back stairs - but we were told it was off limits - only for use of the renters of the top apartment. I would call this false advertising.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group's needs. Stacey, the property manager went above and beyond and made the entire process so easy. She even provided several recommendations for us throughout the trip that made it that much better. Will not be staying anywhere else in San Fran...period.

Summary: A Whole Foods Market, and Starbucks Coffee are within walking distance, and the old fashioned diner, "It's Tops," and the pizza at the Orbit Room are close by. The apartment is sunny, and very clean with an iron, ironing board, and washer/dryer. There was enough bedding and towels. Very nice. Highly recommend this rental.

Summary: Like the title says....we were in the area for our college graduates big day and we had family and friends staying in the apartment. There were 11 of us and we loved everything about the property. Great location, great roof top views and big enough to sleep all the guests and small enough to enjoy each other's company. We had all been in and around SF many times so we weren't strangers to the area. With that being said, I knew it was in a good area and after staying for a few days that was confirmed. It was quiet, easy on for freeway and Market Street access and close to grocery stores and many other places to eat etc. The house has great character, with the old style build but new style feel. The check in process and contact with the property manager and owner was good and had quick responses. We highly recommend this property and will be staying there again in the future!

Summary: We had such a great time at this place! The communication with the property manager was always prompt and super helpful. We had a group of 11 girls, which would seem like a tight squeeze, but we had 3 girls in one king bed (honestly was so much room and not a problem) and we packed another large air mattress. We actually left it because we didn't want to take it home, so hopefully other groups can utilize in the future! We took Uber basically everywhere we needed to go in San Fran and didn't find it too pricey (usually $10-$12 per ride). Also Stacey allowed us to check in early and check out late since there was no one in the place before or after us - this was super accommodating! We also LOVED the rooftop - great view of the city! Overall the place was modern, clean, and we had the best time! Thanks again!

Summary: We were a group of 7 PhD students and chose this apartment as an alternative to the overpriced conference hotels. The contact to Stacey, the property manager, was very professional. All questions from us were answered promptly and always very friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment when we arrived in the morning, even though the apartment was just cleaned (it was very clean in teh afternoon!). The apartment itself is very nice and high quality furnished. The beds are great. In addition, the kitchen and the roof terrace particularly pleased us. The surrounding area of the apartment is perfect. It is within walking distance of Mission, Noe Valley and Castro. With the tram which runs directly in front of the doorstep one arrives quickly to Fishermen's Warft. The only negative point, is the not very well insulated windows. In the bedrooms towards the street sensitive people need earplugs. Otherwise, everything was great and I would definietely recommend the appartement!

Summary: We were 5 co-workers staying here for attending a conference in Moscone Center (30 min walk, $10-13 uber/lyft or $2.5 tram). Great communication and fast respons from owner and poperty manager. Check-in was swift. No physical keys, instead code lock. Which worked great and was very practical. The apartment was nice and clean and there were towels and bathroom amenities in abundance. Since we didn't want to share beds, one of us had to use the fold-out sofa. Hence - "sleeps 12" is really to stretch it a bit too far, unless 4 of you are kids and the rest are couples...and you sleep 3 in all the king size beds. The king size beds were really comfy though with nice thick duvets. The fold-out sofa was to be honest far from comfortable, and he/she who sleeps there has no privacy. It also lacked duvet. Wifi connection was good except from the 2 bedrooms facing the street where it at best was weak. Mostly non-existent. We had stronger signal from Taco Bell across the street. Heating and kitchen worked like a charm (even if the heater makes some noise, especially noticable for the one sleeping in sofa). Unfortunately, due to electrical problems our apartment (and neighbors) had no hot water when we arrived...and for almost 5 consecutive days! I can tell you our showers were short. After some negotiation with the property manager we settled in a fair compensation, even though the owner put his "veto" and lowered the initial deal. Fair is fair though. Accidents happens. And they really did as much as they could in order for us to still be satisfied with our stay, despite the hot water issue. All in all - its nice and clean flat. Nice location. Not a 5-star. But, since the SF hotel prices are what they are (especially during big convents), it is a good bang for the buck. We were also granted late check-out. Cudos for that :)
