Positive: Good croissant and efficient staff providing hot drinks. Not a great choice, but sufficient for my needs. Clean room and common spaces. Good position.

Negative: Room was quite small, but sufficient to my nees. Only negative point is that heating was only in the room and not in the bathroom, so temperature was not constant. Missing parking for the car.

Positive: We were visiting Montreux for the Christmas markets, this hotel was perfectly positioned for this. We had arrived slightly early but were able to leave our luggage and head out to explore the area. The room we were given had a beautiful balcony. It was very clean and quite large.

Negative: No kettle in the room.

Positive: rooms are good and have good view. Location is perfect with the transportation very convenient and parking though a little inconvenient is good that our vehicles are all sheltered.

Negative: There is no place for the interim to park to unload. Would be great to have one Breakfast can be much better priced or to include into the room packages. I had the croissant and coffee as I do not need the whole full breakfast.

Positive: Location was close to the local shopping center, Market, 700meter away from the train station, however there is a bus available every 10 minutes. Room is clean, tidy, bathroom with hot water.

Negative: Could be better to have water kettle in the room, so i don't need to bother reception every time to ask for hot water. There was only 2 bathroom amenities ( shower gel, cream) and no other amenities in the room(Coffee, tea, minibar, tooth brush, comb etc). May be my expectation was high since the rate was high when compare to other part of the world.

Positive: The hotel is very cosy and beautifully decorates. It is very charming. The rooms are spacious and with very nice furniture. The hotel is a very special place with history, it is also very comfortable and beautifully renovated. The location is excellent, near the lake and the of town. The staff is very helpful, kind, and ready to help. They gave me very good recommendations to make the most our of my stay in Montreux.

Negative: No complaints.
