Positive: Close to home , had 2 bars below it , plenty shops around it , the staff were amazing , would definitely stay again

Positive: Amazing staff kind and welcoming having pipers under is very welcome and the drinks are cheap to bonus thank you for the extra touch by giving us free entry into the nightclub underneath well worth a stay we will be back

Positive: i booked stay as an emergency for my daughter and her friends as the hotel they originally booked was a scam. my daughter and her friends found the staff really helpful and friendly, they said the room was beautifully decorated and was very spacious and the bathroom a good size, the location was great. they would definitely come back when in newcastle
Negative: they said the room was cold but they put that down to the room being very newly renovated
