Positive: Kaiseki dinner was very nice - relatively expensive but worth it. Also, the entire town was dead by 8pm so it was good to have the dinner reservation confirmed in advance. Staff were great - really friendly and helpful, very good English.

Positive: It was along the main street, so easy to access the shops but gave you a nice respite from the hustle and bustle. The facilities were well kept and spacious. We appreciated the lounge and friendliness of the staff. Kaiseki dinner was also lovely. Although on paper it seems pricey, you really do receive a lot for what you pay and it was really worth it!
Negative: The pillows did not offer great support. We had to ask for the more solid pillows.

Positive: Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Everything was designed and prepared with so much love and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. I was celebrating my birthday, and they made the day unforgettable: I received a complimentary room upgrade, they arranged a restaurant reservation for us, and even surprised me with a birthday cake. These thoughtful gestures made me feel genuinely cared for. This stay was the absolute highlight of our trip. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience. We will definitely return!

Positive: The hotel is luxurious and the rooms are enormous.
Negative: The bathtub is deep and so narrow that I couldn't possibly use it. Very poorly designed. There was a wedding or some similar function going on while I was there. The staff seemed distracted by "regular" guests. The cost per room would discourage me from staying here again
