Positive: Incredible hospitality and superb comfort of villa Ithaca. Beautiful Balinese traditional wooden villa, with high standards of modern living and amenities. The owner will treat you like his own family. Beautiful garden and large swimming pool with enough privacy. The Location is great outside busy Ubud, yet reachable in 15min.

Positive: The villa is absolutely incredible. It’s hard to believe but the pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s bigger in person and immaculately clean. You have the full pool and garden to yourself. It’s on a quiet street that’s not in the touristic center of Ubud, but you’re still walking distance to multiple really nice restaurants. Would absolutely go back!!

Positive: We had a fantastic week at the Ithaca Villa. Nyoman is a great host, who kindly drove us to the villa from the airport and back. He and his family went above and beyond making sure our stay was perfect. Open style layout, fully wooden house, delicious breakfasts every morning, comfly sleeping and a lovely pool - we loved everything. The place is a few min away by car/scooter from the Ubud center, which makes it a bit quieter, though still reachable. The area around feels nice and safe. We'd love to come back here one day.

Positive: Villa was great inside and the owner was very nice person.

Negative: 1.Very hard to find, there’s not even a board that says the name of it. 2. No sound proofing, you hear very loud bike noises from outside even during the night. 3.Breakfast was not good enough, they only serve black coffee. 4. There’s construction going on right infront of your villa entrance which we haven’t been informed while we booked the villa. 5. No restaurant onsite. 6. If you want food, you need to order on one of their local apps and get it delivered.

Positive: Fantastic stay. The villa is well appointed and comfortable. The host and his family were all welcoming and helpful and the included breakfsat was delicious. The location is a short taxi ride to the centre of town.

Negative: Traffic in Ubud can be busy. Allow plenty of time to travel during peak periods.

Positive: This villa is owned by a local Balinese family, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures, and has all the amenities you would need for a short term or a long term stay. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, and the villa host, Nyoman, offered to be our private driver for two of those days. He always ensured that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Ubud. Him and his wife also cooked us traditional Balinese breakfast every morning that was hand delivered to the villa! I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone who chooses to stay near Ubud.

Negative: The villa location is a bit difficult to access and not in a central location near many shops/restaurants, but it is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud, which I appreciated. Also, since it is located in a more rural area there was quite a lot of non-urban noise at night (geckos, roosters, dogs, etc.), so if you are a light sleeper be sure to bring ear plugs.
