Positive: Nice property right on the beach. The furniture was basic, but clean. The food was good, we were served fresh juices and fresh fruits everyday. The people working there are great, Aneesh is taking care of everything with his kindness and big smile. Farid took us on great trips in the ocean for snorkeling, we swam along hundreds of fish of all colours and stingrays. We had breakfast and dinner right on the shore a couple of times. It was a great vacantion!

Positive: Love the fact I can get in and out of the room outside and I don't have to go inside the hall way so if I quick need something then is easy and the room is so lovely. It just very beautiful.

Negative: Most I like the place and location is perfect for everyone.beach is close and feeling wonderful.

Positive: The Property is located at the prime location having a good sea view and a private beach access.Bikini beach is just a walking distance from it.The sand Island that is formed during the morning time is the best visible from this property and you can go and take awesome pics n videos there.Everything was perfect at this place. Regarding the staff , they are friendly and customer oriented.The Owner of the Hotel Mr Hamdaan is nice a guy and he makes sure that Guests are served properly and is easily accessible either in person or on calls / chats. The most fascinating thing about the hotel staff is it's one Member Mr.Aneesh .He is the one person to whom you can call anytime and he is very helpful and makes an awesome breakfast everytime.His smile and charm is the best one and he even didn't mind anything whenever you ask him anything.He is super helpful guy and we loved the local breakfast choice especially served with bread and coconut smashed type mixture.We enjoyed his company alot..Super Duper helpful guy he is and much more informative.we would request his manager to increase his hike as we haven't met a guy like him in all the three Island resorts in Maldives we visited. Regarding hotel facilities, they are good as per our budget.This trip will be a memorable trip for us Thankyou so much Ithaa Seaview for the awesome hospitality and good service.

Positive: Ithaa Seaview has a favorable location, next to the beautiful bikini beach and very close restaurants nearby. I although eat at the Ithaa Seaview a very nice breakfast and lunch and dinner, as the host Firah did the best meals and he is a very good chef, good cooking. I really enjoyed food and location and good service. I and my luggage was picked upon arrival at the port, and when leaving my luggage was transporte to the port. Very good service.

Negative: Too short stay (-; I only stayed 3 nights (4 days) but I could have stayed for many other days but had to go back to Denmark.

Summary: Owner let me have room with early check in and late check out - I had room untill afternoon

Positive: Great location! Walked out of my bedroom to the view of a private beach, next door is bikini beach and you are surrounded by other expensive resorts across the water. Farid was excellent - attentive, professional and his food was delicious. Always available if I had any questions. I left early for the public ferry and Farid even packed me breakfast to go without me asking. I arrived slightly under the weather, I left feeling refreshed and well. The owner Hamdhaan was responsive and was available to message on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this place if you want to relax.
