Summary: Have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the visits. Quick and friendly check in and nice location next to the Ross river. Public pool a few metres away which is free and a bonus, with a small pool for residents to use. All rooms have facilities for cooking as well.

Summary: Staff were friendly. Check in easy. Location good. Plenty of space for 2x couples. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed. Bench tops kitchen & bathroom etc clean but we had to wear shoes at all times as the floors were definitely not clean and our feet were black. Shower in main bedroom en-suite did not drain well. Reception advised - very apologetic- and if all this is resolved and the current cleaners let go and replaced - this would be a great place from which to see Townsville and surrounds.

Summary: Everything was to a very high standard, the bed was very comfortable; the outlook was beautiful; a most enjoyable stay (given I was in Townsville for a medical procedure!) I would definitely stay again.
