Positive: A nice, comfy, clean, spacious, quite and safe location. Located within a secure complex. Neighbours were helpful. it also has a garage. would stay again

Negative: We had to chase the owners to obtain instructions on how to pick up the keys and enter the apartment. When we received the instructions they were adequate. the internet is poor as it keeps dropping out. there are no instructions for entering the apartment, dealing with recycling, how to reset the electric when it trips. need more wine glasses. but overall positives are much better than negatives. would stay again

Positive: This place is fantastic and I also think Fabio is such a nice guy. If my second attempt to stay with the "Italian Way" company (in another apartment) would not have een such an issue, I would have happily stayed here again. For this specific apartment: Parking is easily accessible. self check in is simple, the location is PERFECT in monza. Not too much traffic, good places within walking distance, etc. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, quiet, fantastic kitchen!

Negative: Nothing is wrong with this apartment what so ever! if you can book it, do it. I will warn you, I dont think "service" is the Italian Way company's priority. Like I mentioned, for this apartment everything was perfect, for another, it was a different story. I unfortuanely had to blacklist Italian Way from the booking department at my company.

Positive: Great location and easy to park our rental car. It is not far from Monza, you can walk through the park if you’d like (or drive if needed). Loved the common area and the two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and one two singles, which was fine for us. Easy check-in and out.

Negative: Just a couple of details missing to make it a perfect experience like: no hand soap, coffee or tea in the kitchen, pillows and blanket selection (it would be nice to have a couple more for different sleepers and different temperatures). The apartment was mostly clean but the main bedroom was not. We found powder on a pillow inside the closet and hair on the floor on the side of the bed.

Summary: Good size apartment and great location. I would come back!
