Positive: I booked Riala, but due to plumbing issues prior to my arrival and without notifying me, they transferred me to one of their units in Avida Tower 1.

Negative: Hi there, These are the issues I found on my 1st day: 1) molded bathroom - which was cleaned after I notify 2) hot water is not working 3) broken shower door - difficult to open/close 4) INTERNET IS NOT WORKING - i have work and this is important. Which was fixed a day prior to my check out 5) no flat iron - upon request 6) deadbolt is hard to lock from the outside 7) not enough wall outlets for laptop - extension wire provided was not matched 8) bed is small for 2 people 9) safety issues with the bed beside the glass window

Negative: Very low standard of equipment and furnitures. The two towels for small babes not for adult persons. Good Internet and localisation. There is no chance to park around as all parking around are always full.

Positive: Accessible location. Just need to be exactly at this address because of an early appointment the following day. Also to spend time with my nephew who's been eager to swim in the pool.

Negative: I don't normally rate lower than 9, but just to set the right expectations for the next guest. Have a backup data connection, the internet is not as fast as advertised. The AC needs maintenance, not too cold and there's water dropping. Good thing there's a fan. No extra sheet for the extended bed below. I also requested before booking to secure a parking spot, willing to pay, I guess it's booking site's fault I don't know, but I messaged the host 8AM+ in the morning to make sure, but got a respond 3PM+ when we were there already. I had to park outside (across) the building. Also, just a heads up, Avida Riala's pool is not available every Monday for scheduled maintenance.
