Summary: Overall good stay. On the one hand, Hotel is clean and there are friendly people. Room rates and other prices are very affordable. Also, on the other hand, the hotel is very close by to a big outlet mall named Starcity, just in front, and also very close by to restaurants and cafes only one block 50 meters away. Anyone can easily reach the hotel from Istanbul Airport via public bus company Havaist busses move from the Istanbul Airport -2 level, station number 10 and 10A departing every 30 minutes, to reach Yeni Bosna Kuleli bus station within maximum 45 minutes and then take a taxi from there to hotel to reach the hotel within 6 minutes. From the hotel to İstanbul center such as for examle, Taksim or Sultanahmet, not far away, take a taxi with reasonable prices, and reach the destination within average of 30 minutes. Adviced.

Summary: Hotel is generally clean, we relaxed too much. Expecially receptionists are very helpfull, they helped us, whenever we need. They are very kind and smiles every time when we ask something.

Summary: We were greated with immediate valet service at the door. And 2 very proffesional and nice workers helped us with both bags and reception. At the reception Efe helped us for the check in - Efe was no ordinary worker, he was a exceptional one, professional, experienced, and welcoming. Huge credits to Efe, really good, Efe is the reason we will visit this hotel again. Big ups Efe. The pool was lovely, although i didn't find the indoors one, the outdoors one was absolutely good. 5/5 I haven’t even mentioned the 24 hour room - service, without any hesitation or questions. Cleanliness was top, 3,9/5 really good, bed sheets were clean and actually felt clean, and the room was also. Overall 4,9/5 hotel, really recommend.

Summary: The room was amazing and very large the bed was huge. The buffet breakfast wasn't 5* not enough choice of healthy options unless U peel Ur own fruit. The towels got taken daily even when they were clean but had to keep going down to reception to order new ones not once did they get replaced. 2sachets of tea and coffee truly isn't enough and not even fresh milk. The outside pool closed even though in advert stated it was open I did complain a out this as it's why I booked.

Summary: I have made order for 1 room to 4 persons for 2 nights, but I was offered 2 connection rooms when we arrived. Aircon/heating system and the showersystem was only working in 1 room. I told the staff, but it was not fixed.

Summary: There were no towel in the room. I reported it to reception and it arrived 28 minutes later. The shower water was not easily adjusted. While the heat was flowing, it was getting cold again. The elevator from the parking lot to the floor was not working. The refrigerator was empty. Shower water was flowing out. It was definitely not a 5 star hotel
