Summary: The view over Knysna was excellent. The room was up to standard and clean. Staff pleasant. That’s where it ends. The dining was poor. A number of items on the menu not available. Breakfast average at best. Overpriced.

Summary: Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. It’s in at the top of the hill overlooking Knysna and not walkable. Not much in Knysa except the waterfront. It’s an overprice place for food and not much to see. The hotel was nice but I would stay in Plettenberg Bay instead.

Summary: A great hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was gorgeous with the most spectacular view! A bit far from town but they do offer a shuttle. Because the hotel was so beautiful, we decided to eat in the restaurant there instead of the town and was so glad that we did! The service was amazing and the food delicious! A big thank you to Elrico who went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable!

Summary: Lovely place with excellent view over Knysna - staff very efficient and courteous. Little bit disappointed with breakfast - convoluted; coffee or juice both not both and one coffee - pay extra to refill. No replenishing of water in the room - slight feeling of money pinching.
