SHE REALLY IS A BEAUT right? This beautiful BRAND NEW waterfront lake home (just finished in October 2023) is the perfect spot for your next family vacation and/or a relaxing getaway in the winter! The VIEWS ARE AMAZING no matter where you are in the house! The pictures just don't even do this place justice. It is so peaceful and serene here. You will enjoy cove life with a main lake view! We hope you visit and see for yourself :)
Once you arrive, you will see there is plenty of parking for multiple cars. There is a no step entry walkway into the house which is perfect for unloading your stuff and easy access for elderly people. As you enter from the front door, you will be greeted with a huge open floorplan for the living room, dining and kitchen coupled with 2 large sliding glass doors that display the lakefront view magically. Step outside these sliding glass doors to find the fully screened in porch (ie. NO BUGS!) with tons of comfortable seating and a dining table that seats 10+ people.
Main living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the winter months. There is a grilling deck with a gas grill right off the main level so you don't have to go down any stairs when cooking. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, crockpot, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker (both kcup and pot), etc... Dining room table sits 6 people, 4 at the kitchen island and 6 at the round table. There is a beverage fridge for your use.
Master bedroom and master bathroom are located on the main level. Master bathroom has 2 sinks and shower, huge closet and separate toilet room.
Also, on the main level there is a large pantry for storage, 1/2 bath and large size laundry room with even more storage!
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms that have full showers. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed. In addition, the loft area has a very comfortable pull out queen sofa bed (still with a view). And if you plan to come to work at the lake, there is a desk in the loft for you to do so! Although, we hope you come to relax, not work :)
Head down to the basement that is like no other! At "She's a Beaut," you don't feel like you are in a dingy dark basement because you again are greeted with the beautiful views of the lake water and tons of light. There are the same large glass sliding doors in the basement as there are in the main level to enjoy the lake breeze. In the basement living area, you will find a comfy sectional couch, large TV with gaming system, ping pong table, NBA jam arcade game and another kitchenette. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator/freezer which is perfect for your extra food/beverages you might bring. There is also a table that sits 4 for board games or puzzles! Also, there is a futon for extra guests.
The basement also has a large bedroom which has a king size bed and a bunk bed that has a twin on top, full on bottom and twin in trundle. There is a full size bathroom down in the basement that has a shower/tub combo and 2 sinks.
Step outside from the basement to the covered deck to find more comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the lake views. Head down the steps to the boathouse for even more spectacular views! This is a great place to do fishing, swimming, floating, etc. There is a storage room and bar at the boathouse. Boat in picture is not for use or rent. There are a ton of local places in the area for boat and jet ski rentals (feel free to reach out about this if interested). Boathouse also has a table and seating for 6.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a smart TV. There is a TV in both living rooms and on the screened in porch. There will be a TV on the boathouse for summer season.
The location of this house is PERFECT! You are minutes away from everything in Lake Gaston including grocery store, ABC store, restaurants, shopping, dollar general, gas stations, and marinas. The neighborhood is a great place for those who enjoy their morning or afternoon walks. Please be aware that there is other new home construction going on near our home.
