This home has it all. Just bring your fishing poles. In between Marco Island and Naples, only minutes to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy world class fishing, lots of wildlife and the peaceful, easy living the 10,000 islands provide.
Our area is a dream location to relax and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. The Isles of Capri are two miles from Marco Island and its fabulous beaches, shops and restaurants, and 20 minutes from Naples' sophisticated restaurants and shops.
Collier County, Florida boasts more golf courses than any other county in the US. We have courses both public and private, offering every style of play imaginable. We also have many boat rentals and waterside services just minutes away, providing a variety of ways to explore the fabulous waterways and islands, walking and shelling and watching the amazing Florida sunsets. We have superb, inexpensive restaurants within walking distance where you can sip on cocktails while looking out over the boats and marina.
Once you're settled, you can begin to take in the surroundings - you can almost breathe the tranquility. With a minimum of passing traffic, the area is refreshingly quiet. The breeze and the seagulls are all you hear most of the time. As you travel the area, you go past neatly manicured homes, palm trees, and water which laps up to the edges of the road in some places. There is a sense of openness in this area, an airy feeling created by the vastness of the Gulf and the shoreward breeze that blows regularly.
And of course, boats are everywhere. The marinas provide all of the services and materials a boater needs, as well as providing a means to get boats into and out of the water. One surprising pleasure you'll find in our area is a number of wonderful places to go for dining and drinking. We have been truly blessed with a number of excellent waterfront restaurants and "chickee" bars that make for an entertaining evening out.

Summary: Property was amazing!!! Watching the dolphins everyday and having the pool/hot tub was perfect for the kids. The view is absolutely incredible. Clean house, spacious and responsive owners.

Summary: Overall the house and view is beautiful!! The pool and outside view is amazing! Watching the dolphins swim was beautiful! However, this is not a luxury stay. Feels like you are a guest in a house- picture and names of the home owners are throughout the home. Towel, linens and bedroom furniture are not nice quality. Low pressure water showers. Unable to control pool and spa temperature - have to message the owner. which is not appealing! The downstairs bathroom had a stagnant smell that is horrible! Definitely needs attention. Ocerall, the house is what you get for the price.

Summary: Spectacular views. Sitting poolside we were able to watch sea life and boaters. Spacious and updated kitchen. Lots of beds and bedrooms...great for families. The pools were clean and heated.

Summary: House and location are fantastic! The dolphins greet you as you walk into the house. The home was well stocked and everything was high end. The only issue we had, as we are clean freaks, was some minor cleanliness which the owners were receptive about and are looking into. We would rent again!

Summary: Really pretty views! I mean really pretty. Sunrise and sunset. Everything in the house was great and exactly as advertised. Sunsets, fishing, pool, hot tub, burrowing owls, national parks, boating, restaurants, golf, sun and fun. What a great time. 100% coming back!

Summary: Wonderful spot on the river. Watchs the boats all day at the pool. The owner is easy to work with. It was just the 2 of us but this house is big. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: This is probably the best VRBO we have ever rented! The house was HUGE and instantly felt like home. The view from the pool and deck were great. We had the owner move the boat so our view wasn't blocked. would highly recommend asking them to do this for you. We had a great time relaxing in the pool, hot tub watching the boats, dolphins and pelicans. Sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings was extremely relaxing as was the entire island...much more relaxed than being on Marco Island. It only takes about 5 min to get back to Collier Blvd and then a quick drive to Naples or Marco Island. Our stay was in mid-March 2023 and they were still dealing with some minor issues caused by the hurricane. I suspect these issues to be resolved over the next few weeks. Note the homeowner was very responsive to our numerous questions the first few days. We will definitely be back!!!

Summary: The property is very well maintained. It was very very clean as well. No bugs at all. It had everything we needed and was roomy enough for everyone to have their privacy. Myself and wife, inlaws and two infant children were the only ones on this trip. It was perfect. Owner was very professional and accommodating.
