Positive: The location was nice and quiet, though a bit far from groceries, but we won't rate that as negative.

Negative: We missed the Hoover as we wanted to clean everything before leaving.

Positive: Great location - 10 mins walk from the beach. We hope to come back in the summer. The tea/milk/bread & butter was very much appreciated (as well as putting the heating on before we arrived) Its an unusual set-up as you actually stay in half a house (downstairs and facing the sea) saying that we didn't hear anything from our neighbours

Negative: As with other reviewers - please install a decent shower. The night we stayed there was a howling gale and so could hear the wind all night long whistling through the front door. This wouldn't put us off for staying here again though (I'd just bring ear plugs if the forecast was really windy)

Positive: Good location, around 15 minutes walk from the beach. Weather was fab while we were there which was a bonus ! Very quiet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Easy to access and exit (Elaine was there and welcomed us when we arrived) Just to note that there is a second residence at the back of the house we rented (no one was present while we were there).

Negative: The water pressure in the Shower wasn't great.

Positive: The location is lovely, and very peaceful, and the house was clean and comfortable and very roomy. Elaine was very helpful and responsive.

Negative: We couldn't find the board games and puzzles that were mentioned, and which would have been helpful on rainy days. The shower did not work very well. The kitchen needed a few more items - oven gloves most importantly, but a couple of small sharp knives, some scissors, and a washing-up brush/sponge would have been useful too.

Positive: Keys were left under the front door mat in a secure porch - it was pre-arranged as we didnt know what time we would arrive. Lovely big house with 3 double bedrooms. Very clean and laminate floors so bringing a dog was great.

Negative: Shower wasn't great as the hot water didnt last more then a couple of showers and only one bathroom for 6 people is a little limiting. Blinds in two windows wouldnt stay up when we were leaving and some of the facilities could do with being updated.

Summary: Lovely big house with perfect accommodation for traveling with a family of mixed ages and a pet
