Summary: It did the job for a short overnight for the price - I think acceptable is the right word. The first room I was in, the heater was stuck on and the thermostat was disconnected so they had me move. In the other room only one of the three lamps/lights worked. Also, the grout on the shower walls had pinkish film in areas and was clearly overdue for a clean. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and everything seemed to be clean. Some updates have been made to the older property - the first room had a modern renovated bathroom with a walk in shower and there was a newer vanity in the second room. Seems like big jobs that get contracted out get done but they're lacking regular handyperson presence.

Summary: It is basic and what you expect for the cost BUT our bed was broken and mattress sunk in the middle. Kitchen light and stove light didnt work and the outlet for the TV had no power so we moved the TV to a working outlet.

Summary: Staff was nice, but it was very cold when I got in as heat was off. Had to keep my puffy jacket on for hours. Towels literally had dark brown dirty spots on them. Silverfish in bathroom.

Summary: Staff were wonderful, however, I should not have to telephone everyday to have housekeeping make up our room and provide towels. More towels and wash cloths in the room would alleviate this problem. More coffee cups would also be appreciated

Summary: Booked two nights, only stayed one, on check in customer service was ok after that it was none existent, trying to exchange decaf coffee pouches, went to the desk and no response upon ringing the service bell, tried the next morning three times and had no response, decided to leave, due to booking on Expedia could not recoup the second night fee. Rooms were outdated.
