Positive: Was good! Place was great

Negative: We had a miss communication on the last day for check out. Reminder to check out before 11am. On the page it says til midnight but I believe they meant 11am.

Positive: Very nice new house, completely and lovingly furnished. There is even a washing machine available. The accommodation is in a quiet location, a little off the main road, but can be reached quickly by motorcycle in a minute. Parking is available on the premises. Easy check in and check out and very friendly owners.

Negative: Personal belongings from other guests, e.g. creams, toothpaste or food in the fridge should be removed before check-in of new guests. This was not a problem for us, but the house will eventually be full of unnecessary items in the future.

Positive: The house interior is comfortable with good seating and beds. The air conditioning (in the bedrooms only) was powerful, and the fan was helpful. The wifi was sometimes better than others but mostly usable for my purposes (web browsing and one video call which was stable)

Negative: The place did not feel very clean when I arrived. The shower was cold and had almost no water pressure. It is a bit hard to find the place as it's down a bumpy back road, but the host came to find me.

Summary: Comfortable place but poor shower and not the cleanest

Positive: The property has been designed really nicely with good quality furniture - it's always lovely to have comfy seating in the living room! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, a nice big fridge/freezer and all kitchenware. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was powerful. The towels and bedding were clean and good quality. The wifi had good speed as well, my partner and I were both able to stream some tv shows on our own devices so that was good too! It's located in a quiet area of Burgos as well which was really lovely and we would consider booking here again for when we come on trips to the north of Siargao!

Negative: In the bathroom there was an issue with the water so it was rusty but the lovely lady who checked us pre warned us about this and we just ran the water for a while to clear it through. There was also an army of ants in the shower area but they didn't really bother us! The double bed was perhaps a little too narrow for me and my partner - we usually sleep in a king size bed on hard foam because we both move around a lot so was just a bit of an adjustment for us to get comfortable.
