Summary: Charming old hotel but expect old hotel quirks like slanted floors, small rooms and small beds that squeak! They've done a nice job restoring it.

Summary: Only downside was I was looking forward to eating in the restaurant but it was closed due to wedding party. I was told I could still order food at the bar, but then after getting a menu, was told that wouldn't be so. Only thing open on Sunday evening to eat was a substandard Subway, lol.

Summary: I booked a double room on the second floor photo had 2 double/queen beds , but when we arrived we had 2 bunk beds. Not what we had booked or expected. I wishe they would have let me know the room they were going to put us in had bunk beds. The hotel was nice the staff was nice..but bunk beds.come on. Other rooms on the same floor had what i had expected..2 double/queen beds. And no discount or break for taki g the bunk bed room??? Really.

Summary: Restaurant was good, but too busy and not enough staff. The staff run the restaurant, bar tend, serve, clean tables, and check people into their rooms! To enter your room, the restaurant is literally in the same space. Floors really cool, as they seem original, but creeky and we were afraid to move and create too much noise for other guests. The room was nice- redone and the shower was spectacular. However, deep cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Overall a good night sleep to get to Cumbre and Toltectrain ride.for a one-night stay.
