Positive: Location great especially for the marathon. Room comfortable and clean.

Negative: The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Breakfast was included in our rate but it was terrible -poor choice and terrible service I would never book breakfast there again Difficult to get room cleaned - very slow

Positive: Reception staff were very cordial and helpful at all times, even late at night. Valet staff were helpful and very friendly. The cleaning staff were so polite and attentive but also giving me privacy. Oh, I forgot that they have the most comfortable pillows. You can purchase them and have them shipped home. I bought 10! I did not want to leave the room because of those pillows. Look up Iris Hotel pillow reviews online. They also have a washer and dryer on every other floor! Overall the stay was very chill and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely staying there again. Thanks to everyone at the Iris Hotel Brookline!

Positive: The hotel and location and room were awesome. Staff awesome.

Negative: Only one issue: The negative was the spa experience. And lack of sheets to cover your body. And massage itself. And the cost for a bad experience. I am still coming back. Just not experience the spa again.

Summary: Posted my daughter going to college in Boston. The Iris will now be our home base when visiting a bunch more times
