Positive: Location was really good, a short walk to Eyemouth and the beach plus the coastal walk. The beds were cosy.
Negative: Storage space was limited. The Park itself was very noisy being near the playground and club house but that's the nature of the park.

Positive: Lovely van, close to park and bar.
Negative: No space in cupboards in bedrooms to put clothes, no space in kitchen cupboards to put food. Had to spend time on arrival moving things from cupboards to make room for our clothes etc.
Summary: Lovely van, good value for money and central location but the lack of space to put clothes etc let it down.

Positive: The caravan was absolutely spotless. The shower was the cleanest I'd ever seen in my life. The caravan was dog friendly, but there was no evidence of previous dogs. Our dog didn't sniff anything at all! The caravan is packed full of items such as food, toiletries, bedding and cleaning supplies. The freezer and cupboards were full! There's 2 lots of decking areas, both with furniture. There's a large smart TV and WiFi. There's lots of hair styling equipment. The master bedroom bed is huge and is super comfy. The plot isn't overlooked, there's lots of grass surrounding the caravan for parking and picnicking. The caravan is next to the play park, ideal if you've got children (a little noisy if not, especially in school holidays). Still a pleasant location. The caravan was full of games and activities for children. Eyemouth is a lovely town. The owner was very responsive to messages, despite not being in the country at the time. They ensured a minor plumbing issue was sorted swiftly. I will be re-bookong as soon as possible ❤️
Negative: We're not used to private rentals, so having someone else's belongings around was weird. However, the owner expects guests to use them if need be. So it's a benefit to guests, really.
Summary: A fabulous caravan, owner and great value for money.

Positive: I loved how cute and nicely decorated the caravan was, plenty of soft furnishing and ample towels. Extremelly clean and presentable. Kitchen utentils and pots and pans etc, condiments - all kitted out! There is a massive telly and loads of fun board games. I very much enjoyed curling up on the sofa with one of the 'lovely Dog' cushions and felt very cosy. The lamps were really pretty and made the room look ambient and there was also spare food in the freezer and fizzy drink/tea/coffee/milk, which was very helpful so I didnt have to make an immediate journey to the shop after hours of journeying. The beds are comfortable and there is spare bed linen availbable. The outside patio seating area was lovely to sit at to have a cup of tea. The shower works exceptionally well and there is spare washing things for hair and body. Would definitely stay again!
Summary: Cosy, cute stay in Iris, cannot reccomend enough!
