Positive: The location is very picturesque - you can see the sea and some beautiful small islands from the balcony of the house and the whole neighbourhood is full of Greek houses with stone walls and exotic plants. The hosts are really nice and helpful - since our stay lasted for two weeks, they allowed us to wash our clothes in their washing machine and they even prepared a traditional Greek feast for us, which also included vegetarian food. There is a supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance nearby. The accomodation included a free parking spot in the yard.

Positive: Very nice house, with good favilities and plenty of space. It has a very nice view. The are is quiet, perfect for families with kids The hosts are very nice and even made us a traditional cookie (Frigania). Everything was clean and nice.
Negative: The road to the location is not so easy with a bigger car (ex Mercedes Vito) but manageable. One of the members of our group complained about the roosters (one from the neighborhood was malfunctioning and started singing from 4am)

Positive: Irida's family is a very kind and helpful family. We were very satisfied with the apartment. All rooms have air conditioning, and everything is just as described in the pictures. Thank you Irida for the hospitality, the free cake and the grapes. It was very delicious! I recommend this apartment to anyone who comes to the island of Zakynthos.
Negative: There is none.
