Positive: The location of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, the hotel is also fabulous to look at. The staff are freindly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was great. I had a fabulous meal.

Negative: Nothing really, I was there in early autumn so it was quiet and so I had to find someone to get me a drink from the bar, but that is very minor.

Positive: Charming hotel with great restaurant. Service was really good.

Negative: We missed a place for lunch at the hotel. More round the clock service was needed as it is a remote place with few lunch options close by

Positive: The whole place is a gem in a fairy tale like setting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome (I was exhausted and was able to leave my motorcycle next to the entrance of the hotel). The bistro restaurant was a wonderful option for dinner with great variety of choices.The following morning I clumsily misplaced my IPhone and the staff was extra nice in helping me with the search.

Negative: The only thing I can think of was the AC split which was rather old and somewhat noisy, but then again it made for some great white noise during a great night of sleep.

Positive: Breakfast, as well as the overall dining experience, was outstanding. We also enjoyed dinner at the Bistro, where the quality and variety of dishes were impressive, as was the wine selection. The location is beautiful and peaceful, nestled in the heart of the countryside and surrounded by farms. The owners and staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The owners did an incredible job renovating the space, carefully preserving the building's original character.

Negative: A spa could enhance the overall experience. However, the winding road leading up to the hotel is a little bit discouraging at night time. Other than that everything else was perfect.
