Positive: The property was so clean and well looked after. The pool was absolutely spotless, and we had lovely little balconies. My son slept upstairs and I slept downstairs on a sofa bed, we were both very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. We loved it there and would happily go back.

Negative: There a a few things a bit tired, and Greek plumbing is always interesting and I have stayed all over Greece, it is the same everywhere.

Positive: The apartment is in Stavros village which has a great feel and enough tavernas for the short break we had on Ithaka as part of our Ionian travels. An easy drive from Frikes so easy off the ferry from Lefkada or Kefalonia and only 25 mins to Pisateous for ferries to Sami. The views over the mountains and the sea are amazing, especially the sun rise, and it is so quiet. Just birds and cicadas chirping away! An easy wander into the village and the upward slope coming back helps burn a few calories for sure! Lovely pool for a dip after a day in the hot Greek sun!

Negative: There wasn't anything not to like really! As other reviews say the apartments are fairly basic and we wouldn't have attempted to cook. Just had cold breakfasts. Bakery is great in the village anyway for breakfast goodies!
