Positive: Location, flexible check-in times

Negative: Airconditioning was set to very cold temperature, so we didn't turn it on and that made the room too hot

Positive: It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: There were ants everywhere even a few in the bed. The drain in the bathroom had a bad smell, but this might not be a hotel issue, maybe it is a town issue, because every hotel we have been to in Pavlikeni has the same issue. There were only 3 coffees for 2 people 2 nights. No cable TV (no TV channels). No shampoo. The batteries in the AC remote we're almost dead - to turn it on/off I had to remove the batteries and put them back in a few times. Trash in the common area was not removed the entire 2 days, neither a laundry load.

Summary: Clean and comfortable but a few issues..

Positive: I loved the location - right in the center of Pavlikeni, above a big supermarket whose opening hours are from early morning until late in the evening. Upon booking, the owner immediately contacted me with the code for opening the box, and the instructions for check in and check out were very clear and precise. The place is quite new and well furnished, even the bathroom smells like brand new. The price - wonderful!

Negative: The main thing I didn't like was the availability of toiletries. The toilet paper and the soap in the dispenser were in such little quantities, that one could say there were almost none. I also don't understand the logic of having two separate beds put next to each other in the room. Why not an entire bigger bed for the couples? If the two people occupying the room are not a couple, then I am not sure they would want to sleep in such close proximity, but if they are a couple, they wouldn't want to sleep in separate beds with a crack in-between either. Windows are not equipped with mosquito nets. There are no clothes hangers. The proximity of the room to the other rooms on the floor is such, that if somebody is snoring, all their neighbors would be able to hear. It could get pretty loud and unpleasant if the occupants in the other rooms are not careful to not disturb the other guests. The sink in the bathroom is quite small and uncomfortable.
