Positive: The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The bed was very comfy, not too soft. The washing machine was an excellent surprise. I was able to wash my hiking clothes. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare something.

Negative: There was something wrong with WiFi. I was able to connect using my phone, but not my computer. I ended up connecting using my phone and created a hotspot for the computer.

Positive: The reception staff was very friendly and very smiley. We arrived quite late (11pm) but that was not a problem. We were greeted with some coca tea. The place is either new or freshly renovated, with nice bathrooms and pretty rooms. Extremely clean.

Negative: The location is a bit outside of the city center but since Cusco is so widely spread you'd need to take a taxi to many places anyway so it's not much of a problem.

Summary: Would definitely recommend!

Positive: The property is good. People must remember Cusco is at a very high elevetion. This means you should be prepared for altitude issues. This is not the fault of anybody. Just check and prepare for 3300 meter altitude

Positive: Wash machine, kitchen , everyday cleaning

Negative: Too cold to stay in this hotel, the heater need to pay every day, but still not warm enough, I got cold because too cold in the room and the water in the bathroom was not warm enough also, I felt freezing cold every time after I showered. This hotel is not suitable for winter time to stay.
