Summary: The views and the location of the property was very good. However, the house was very dirty. It requires deep cleaning. I am allergic to dust, and was physically ill the entire stay. The furniture is in a bad shape. The bedding covers were dirty with stains all over, etc.

Summary: We had a great time at the property during our stay with friends. There are some updates that could be made to the property, but overall it was a nice place. We needed help with the hot tub and the fireplace upon arrival but the Customer service help was great.

Summary: There were 9 of us, and we were very comfortable in this home. Living room had enough seating, as did the dining room. The views are fabulous! Vacasa was quick to respond to a couple of concerns.

Summary: We had a great time. The house was roomy. The views were gorgeous. It's a very quick drive to Beavers Run. It was short some towels, but we contacted guest services and they brought us some more.

Summary: The house was spacious and in a good location, but there were many maintenance, supply, and communication issues throughout our stay. When we checked in, we noticed that the dishwasher did not run and the garbage disposal in the sink was clogged and not draining. I messaged Vacasa and they said they would send out the local staff to fix the issue. With 14 of us, it was very inconvenient to not be able to wash dishes or use the kitchen sink; we could not use the dishwasher because it would not run and we could not wash dishes in the sink because it was clogged with an awful smell. Two days after I first asked them to fix it they said "the owner is replacing the dishwasher due to ongoing issues... we do not have the timeline yet." If it is an ongoing issue why were we not notified when we checked in? 5 days into our 7 day stay, still no one contacted us to schedule the repair, just a bunch of empty promises. On day 6, a third party technician showed up unannounced, luckily one of us was home to let them in as we did not give them permission to enter if no one was there. They installed the new dishwasher the afternoon before we were supposed to check out, and the new machine leaked all over the floor. It took 6 days of back and forth and me following up for them to show up and not even fully fix the issue. Furthermore, we paid for a 14 person stay and they only gave us 11 towels, 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 extra trash bags. When I asked to have more supplies they said "we only provide a starter supply." What kind of accommodation only provides starter supplies of essential items like trash bags?? The beds were hard and uncomfy, the windows would not shut all the way after opening them and some of the cranks were broken. There were lightbulbs out and the TV had 3 remotes but none of them actually turned it on. The bathtub was also not cleaned well and the grate over the fireplace was falling off. Moreover, we noticed there was a sauna next to the hot tub but it was locked. I messaged Vacasa and asked for the code and they responded with "A sauna is not available in this home," which confused me because there was clearly a sauna in front of me. If it is broken, just tell us that it is not functioning instead of these robot responses that leave us questioning what is going on. With so many inconveniences and communication issues throughout the week, I am extremely disappointed by our experience with Vacasa and do not suggest anyone rent through them

Summary: The house has GORGEOUS views and is quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle which is exactly what we wanted. Kitchen is updated and spacious, and love the layout of the kitchen/living/dining area - very open! The game room and hot tub areas are awesome! That being said, a few areas that need a little attention — the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms need updating and a little TLC (the drain to the shower upstairs was held up with duct tape and only half of the downstairs shower was in working condition) and it looks like there has been some water damage that has been poorly patched in a few areas so it’s pretty obvious in the drywall. The dishwasher was broken the entirety of our stay, and nothing was stocked so make sure you bring your own incidentals such as hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and the like. Overall, good spot!

Summary: The views at this property are amazing. The kitchen is nicely updated and had everything we needed for cooking. When we arrived I noticed a broken stair on the outside and immediately notified the property manager as it was a safety concern for us with small children. Nothing was done during our stay. We went to open a window and the window almost fell off of the hinges. One of the windows in the bedroom upstairs would not open at all and it was the only option for cooling the room off at night since there is no ac. Not a big deal in the winter but it does get hot in the house with out having windows open. One of the beds had a broken wooden slat- I also reported this right away but nothing was done during our stay. None of the TVs worked and we had planned a movie night for our kids so that was a bummer for them. I requested the property manger bring some batteries to the house but nobody ever got back to me. Over all this property just felt like it had been a rental for many years and it needs some safety updates.

Summary: The location of this home is perfect. Free shuttle, close to town and the slopes. The home and views are beautiful. With that being said, we did run into several issues. The sink and dishwasher consistently clogged which made it difficult to cook and do dishes. Additionally, the coffee pot didn’t work. We did contact the house and received no response. There were also no pool towels for the hot tub so we had to use our shower towels. We had a good experience overall, but level expectations on amenities.
